Time Skip Molotov could do with a much needed damage buff and I think the limit burst for it provides that buff we’ve all been waiting for.
It’s a 5 Ki bar ultimate that requires PRECISE timing or the enemy to be literally be not moving so It doing more than a few other 5 bar ultimates makes sense in my opinion.
Not even being able to a little more than half a health bar is quite insulting for such a cool ultimate attack.
