Russian President Vladimir Putin met with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara on Thursday, hours after the Russian leader arrived in Turkey for a state visit.
The two presidents reportedly discuss bilateral relations between the countries, as well as the fight against terrorism and the developments on the Syrian front.
The leaders are expected to hold a joint press conference later this evening.
