SHE IS ONLY ONE YEAR OLD.. HOW COULD THEY DO THIS TO HER ?

We received an urgent call… an emaciated dog has been found laying on the streets and taken to the pound. Her condition is terrible and she looks on the brink of death.Jenny was laying on the floor, she was not moving, barely alive when police saw her and took her to the pound.
Jenny weights just 18 pounds. She is so emaciated that her body is
shutting down. She is infested with bugs, her nails as dropping and
you can see all her bones, all the muscle in her body has been wasted
away.
Jenny is at our Hospital Intensive care Unit under round-the-clock
supervision. She is incredibly weak but she gathers whatever strength
she has left and stands up. She doesn´t want to die.
